The service received from Essential Healthcare was excellent. The process was conducted with a very high quality of service and was no way intrusive. I was not directed to products which were more expensive and had clear concise guidance. All questions were answered with easy to understand explanations, I was able to decide what company and which package was best for me. I did not have to fill in mountains of paperwork and kept up to date with the process.
Not a criticism but the suppliers of the policy were slow in completing the procedure.
Overall what can be a minefield to general public was turned into a straight forward business arrangement.
